ORDERING INFORMATION

Online Safety: Secure server software encrypts all personal information including credit card number, name, and address so it can't be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Payment Options: We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Your Privacy: We will not sell your name, address, phone number and/or credit card information to anyone for any reason.

Sales Tax: Since we are located in Minnesota, sales tax of 6.5% is collected only on orders sent within the state of Minnesota. By law, charges for shipping and handling are also taxed.

Shipping: Shipping rates are for the continental USA. Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete and include your extended 4-digit zip, if possible.

As a general rule, we ship by regular Fed-Ex ground. Typically, you should receive your order in 4-5 business days within the Midwest and 8-10 business days to either coast. An e-mail with tracking information will be sent when the order ships. Hawaii and Alaska orders are mailed through the U.S. Post Office, but these orders do not have a tracking number.

International: We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Return Policy: You may exchange or return your purchase if the item is returned in good, re-sellable condition. Please call for authorization before sending back any item. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to us. All returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt.
